Your information is used strictly for internal purposes. We collect delivery information (e.g. email address, password and contact address) when you place an order with us. This information is used to identify our customers and to send order confirmations. We collect delivery and billing information (i.e. billing/delivery addresses, phone number) at the checkout page in order to process your order and to contact you should there be a problem with your order. To maintain top level security, only the last four digits of your credit card number are kept on record once you make a purchase. This is to help with enquiries relating to a previous order. Despatch After you have placed your order online, you will receive an e-mail confirmation containing your order number. If the product ordered is in our immediate stock we will offer you by telephone the option of next day "special delivery" from Royal Mail. We guarantee to process and despatch all orders within 10 working days. If the product ordered is not in stock you will be contacted. (Please Note: Saturday and Sunday and Bank Holidays are not working days.) If you have not received your goods within 15 working days after your order has been despatched please contact us via e-mail with your order number at info@sportingbirds.co.uk. Postage Postage and packing fees: UK (7-10 working days) - £5.95 UK Registered (1-3 working days)* - £10.00 *Providing your item in immediate stock. Our delivery company require you to accept your parcel by signature. If you are not in, they will leave a card with a phone number for you to ring to arrange a more convenient delivery day. International Orders For orders outside the UK please contact us to arrange delivery fees and timescale. Value Added Tax All prices are inclusive of VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to contact you if the order is of an excessive weight. Returns Goods damaged in transit or incorrect goods sent must be notified to us within 3 days of receipt of the goods and returned to us for a replacement. We will either refund or exchange the item and also refund you the postage costs for returning the item to us. If you are not satisfied with the goods purchased from us for any reason provided you notify us within 7 days of receiving them, we will accept the return provided the goods are received with tags still attached, and unused. We will credit your account as soon as possible upon receipt, in busy periods, this may take up to 20 days. If you have purchased boots or shoes, please try them on upon a carpeted floor to avoid marking the soles. We reserve the right to refuse a refund if clothing or shoes show signs of prolonged wear. We do not pay postage for returned items unless the item is faulty or damaged, including exchange items. To avoid this, we thoroughly check all items before dispatch. We reserve the right to introduce any administration charges if necessary. We are not responsible for errors made by our delivery companies. We are not responsible for any lost packages which are incorrectly addressed due to customer error. Christmas Deliveries Only orders placed prior to 12th December will be guaranteed to be despatched before 25th December.
